Automatic External Vial Washing Machine The external vial washing machine is comprehensively made for the purpose of washing of the outer surface of the circle shaped vials. It is specifically incorporated for the washing the outer sides of vials and thereby diminishes the particles that are formed on the vials.
Operation: We offered automatic vial external washing machine for wash the glass vials from outer side. vials are fed from inner turn table into the automatic external Vial Washing Machine tracks. The machine comprises of dual tracks on which the vials are correctly nursed and conveyed from inner Turn table for the external washing operation. Two Operations are accepted out on this machine. Principal the vials are washed by water jet and formerly dried through air jet. On the conveyor a set of spray nozzles are trim on each conveyor for water Jet. One set of dagger lumps are provided on each conveyor for air. The air scattered through this dagger. The daggers are tailored in a motivated way which guarantees that is sprayed spreads each angle of the vial which are formerly washer. After washing and drying the vials are conducted to the outer turn Table. Before accomplishment the outer Turn Table a superior preparation is provided to dry the vial from the bottom side. A set of nozzles are provided on the sides of each conveyor at the departure end which sprays the air jet on the lowest part of vial subsequent in the drying of the vials This machine is totally functioned by PLC . A casing of Acrylic cabinet is provided in the machine which once opened up during the process proximately stops the quantity of water & air and shows the signal which alarm in the PLC.
