It detects no bottle, no cap in chute and other anomalies in order to stop the bottle ROPP capping machine. The equipment is installed with safety devices that stop the bottle screw capper machine in case of bottle overturn, jamming or overload. It uses a single motor that moves the conveyor, star wheel and the platform turret in tandem. It also has inbuilt counter that records the number of production rates.
