This equipment has high production throughput of 60 -150 bottles per minute depending on container size. It is able to label round containers ranging from 25 -100mm with labels ranging between 20 -100 mm length. Since we understand the need for automation in high production environments, our devices have cutting edge sensor and control system that ensures “no bottle – no sticker â€, stops machines in case of jam to avoid breakage, counts the sticker and bottles , servo mechanism, easy change over and AC control systems. All units are powered from a single motor and this increases synchronization and accuracy.
