“Harsiddh†Introducing series of state of art technology Semi-Automatic Visual Vial Inspection Machines suitable for glass vials. The filled vials visually inspected through magnifying glass with the help of operator’s visualization. The machine as per cGMP compliance.
The filled vials are loaded in to the infeed chute from where they are transferred in batches by an index wheel onto a linear transfer rack. The rack transfers the vials onto the inspection station, where spinners spin the vials at a predetermined RPM so that a vortex is formed. Illumination from behind the vials assists in light refraction of particles/fibers .An operator views three vials through a magnifying glass.
